Some human beings are influenced by the environment of the moment, the weather, and the moods of other human beings’s belief. The research revealed that human beings who live in the deepest levels of personal satisfaction choose their own moods. It is an exercise, just like exercising a muscle.

The leader of an organization I am a part of is extremely difficult to work with, and he usually goes unchallenged. His ego is ultra inflated, and other members of the organization are reluctant to challenge him because they are either afraid, or just don’t want to deal with the drama that comes with confrontation. He lies compulsively, and puts people down. He is dismissive, and tries to come off as a hardnosed professional, even though everyone else knows otherwise. I’m trying to find advice on what we can do to work together better as an organization.
