We aren't here to teach a lesson to someone. But, we can help them to overcome EGO. This is not an easy task, it can be done only by a person who the egoist thinks is nobel. Ex: All think that Dr. APJ Kalam(Former Indian President) is superior in thoughts and as well in nature/attitude. So, take help of such people, say, if your Supervisor is having ego, take help of his boss(provided he/she is nobel minded.) We should understand one thing. We aren’t here to teach a lesson to someone. But, we can help them to overcome EGO.

This is not an easy task, it can be done only by a person who the egoist thinks is nobel.

I do the same exact things to you that your doing to me, and you call me a jerk. after a moment of thought they'll realize they were just doing the same thing and hopefully stop their ways. P.S.
