What is the rule for separating questions in quotations?

For instance, if I’m writing, “I asked questions such as, “How are you feeling?” “What did you about that?” and “Where were you headed?”" how do I separate these questions in quotations? Do I use a comma? Or do I have to write it differently? Please help.

Well, quotations within double quotes are in single quotes, capice? Failing that, each separate quotation (as in your example) gets its own quotation mark. If they still wanna argue, ignore them and they’ll dry up and die after a while.
